ヴェトナムの首都ハノイ。歴史あるこの街の入り組んだ路地には面白いアート作品が存在している。
店の広告、尋ね人から、ただのラクガキまであらゆる情報が壁に描き込まれており、それらが消されてはまた描かれること繰り返した結果、その壁は無限を感じさせる一つの抽象芸術となっているのだ。私はこの壁を丹念に記録した。
私には、無意識のうちに作り上げられたこれらのアート作品が、芸術とは何かを問いかけているように思えてならない。

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. There are interesting works of art in the intricate alleyways of this historic city.
Shop advertisements, missing persons and graffiti are drawn on the walls that are then erased and drawn again. Then in the end, the walls become one of the abstract arts.
I have documented thoroughly the walls.

It seems to me that these unconsciously created works of art are asking the question of what art is.
